RETURN POLICY:

Thank you for choosing John Bull.  As we strive to exceed customer expectations; we’re happy to facilitate product exchanges / returns in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by an invoice.
  • Returns / exchanges must be completed in store.
  • No exchanges after seven days.
  • No cash refunds
  • Items must be in their original, unopened condition.
  • All refunds are subject to minimum 15% re-stocking charge.
  • Absolutely no exchange, refund or credit on sale items.
  • 120 days ‘Lay-A-Way” plan.  Lay-A-Ways not collected in 120 days will be returned to stock.  No refund or exchange permitted.
  • It is understood that the said merchandise shall remain the property of John Bull Ltd. until the amount of your invoice has been paid in full.  Any default in payment shall entitle John Bull Ltd. to repossess the said merchandise.
  • No cash / credit card refunds.  Store credit is issued for returned goods.

Gift Cards – In store or Electronic.

  • Gift cards must be redeemed at John Bull, and associated stores, toward the purchase of products. They cannot be redeemed at any other stores. Gift Cards are valid for 

payment at John Bull and associated stores in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas only.

  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  • Any unused balances will be placed in the recipient’s gift card account
  • If your order exceeds the amount of your gift card, you must pay for the balance with another payment tender type. 
  • John Bull Ltd. Reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
  • Sorry, we cannot replace and are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If you have any questions, email us at info@johnbull.com.
  • Certain restrictions apply

Our Guarantees

(1) All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this bill.
